We may suspend or remove content, or suspend or close accounts, that breach these Terms.

5. Your content and ownership

You keep ownership of the content you provide and of the website content we create for you. You grant us the permission we reasonably need to host, display, and process your content so we can provide the service. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any text, images, logos, or other materials you give us, and that your website content is accurate.

Siza, including our software, design, and branding, belongs to us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any rights to our intellectual property except the right to use the service as intended.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. By continuing to use Siza after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
